Ashley Graham is back to work after a summer of social distancing.
The model, 32, has spent the coronavirus pandemic at her family farm in Nebraska with husband Justin Ervin and baby Isaac. But now, the new mom — who gave birth in January — is done with virtual photoshoots and back on the runway.
On Wednesday, Graham made an appearance on the Fendi catwalk during Milan Fashion Week, modeling a sheer black-and-white printed wrap dress.
Other famous faces on the runway included Paloma Elsesser and Imaan Hammam, while Rita Ora and Paul Mescal were some of the celebrities sitting in the socially distanced front row.
Since giving birth, Graham has posed for the cover of Harper’s Bazaar UK and starred starred in Elle’s first digital issue. In the latter, she bared it all, posing nude with baby Isaac and talked about how her body changed during and after pregnancy.
“When I got pregnant, I had to reimagine my relationship with my body with this creature inside me taking over. I was gaining weight so rapidly. Then, to get stretch marks on my stomach, that to me was like, ‘Oh my gosh. I can’t believe this happened,’” she told Elle.
“At first it felt devastating, and then when I met Isaac, I said, ‘No, this is exactly what every woman has talked about for ages. This is not just a battle wound. This is something that has changed my life forever, and I’m going to celebrate my new body.’”
